Planting Roots for the Church
The Church of Glory Naturalists is making moves and expanding to meet our mission.
Our goal is simple. We need to raise money to purchase property for the church. The property we want to acquire for the church is one that will accommodate agriculture and will provide the church with a physical presence for members to able to utilize and assist at in a variety of ways.
Establishing a property will allow us to farm for communal benefit, as is one of the mission's of our church. Farming will allow the church to produce crops and goods to sustain itself both financially and spiritually, so that we can, in return, help our congregation and our communities wherever we expand to. We want to be a producing church, not just one with a handout, and with God on our side and the will to see our shared vison done, we can do this!
This property will be the beginning of The Church of Glory Naturalists being able to provide more for our congregation, more for our communities, and most important, more for God. This new property will serve as a working farm where members can volunteer at, reap the bounties they help create, and will provide our members with a "Spiritual Hub" that will have member accessible areas for prayer, meditation, and reflection with God and the Nature He provided.
God must delight in our successes, just as he suffers our sorrows and losses. We started this church to succeed, to contribute, to better ourselves and the worlds we live in and to better be able to live the life we believe that our Lord intends for us to be living. It's time that we begin that journey and take the vision of our church and make it a reality for Him and for us all.
We need all hands on deck and all the support we can muster up to accomplish this.
Please, we ask if you are able during these trying times to give what you can towards our goal of purchasing a property for the church. We will be adding a donation counter to the website so that the congregation can see where we are at, and we will be further exploring the options we have to get help outside of the church itself, such as grants and the like. Any assistance in that department from the congregation is also extremely welcomed and appreciated, as well as any donations that you can contribute.
Being an online-based church has its advantages, but also is very limiting to the type of fundraising activities we can engage in, so we have to be creative and use the great minds that our Father gave us to get this done. As my mom would say when she was still with us, we have to think outside the box!
I believe in us, I believe in this church and its missions, and I know, together, we can do this! Thank you for anything you can give to help the church plant its roots. Be blessed always!
